It's not easy to talk mental health with the boys, but we think it's a conversation we need to have. Join us to raise awareness for men's mental health, hear inspirational talks from men who have survived mental illness and now celebrate success, enjoy some lunch and spend the afternoon with mates.

At the age of 21, was involved in a car accident that left him with paraplegia. Erik will share his story of triumph and success on the global sporting stage as a paralympian.
Allan is a member of the NSW Police Mental Health Intervention Training team and the Commission’s Suicide Prevention Advisory Group. Allan will be sharing his insights on mental health and its impact on men in our community.
