Request a pick up online and our team will come and collect your generous donation. Your quality pre-loved donations help us deliver crisis support services to our community.
What can I donate to Lifeline Shops?
There are a few things to remember when donating to Lifeline Shops. When considering donating your pre-loved goods to our Lifeline Shops, it's important to ask yourself these 3 questions:
1. Would I give this item to a friend?
If that dress you want to donate is in good condition and doesn't have any stains, chances are if you offered it to a friend they'd take it. But, if there are tears or stains or the dress is damaged they'd possibly (but politely) say "no thank you". If your donation is good enough for a friend, it's good to donate!
2. Is it safe?
If your item is electrical or has a safety rating, it's important that it is safe for others to use. If your donation is broken or unsafe we can't offer it as a saleable item for others to purchase.
3. Is it on our list of requested donations?
There are a number of items we can readily accept and few that we can't.

Where do we pick up from?
We currently pick up in the Macarthur district only. We are looking to expand our service into the Western Sydney region shortly. Please check back regularly on progress.
When do we pick up?
Our pick up days are Monday to Friday, during office hours.
Important things to know about your pick up
We will respond within 24 hours (not including weekends) once we've received your donation request to:
obtain further information, such as pictures, about goods requesting to be picked up
confirm a date and approximate pick up time
Due to Work, Health & Safety and Insurance purposes, our Pick-Up Crew is unable to enter your premises. All goods need to be left outside for pick up.
Please check our suitable donation guidelines as we are unable to accept dirty, ripped, stained or broken items and certain pieces of furniture and electrical goods.
