We hope that relieving the pressure that people experience from financial difficulty will reduce the risk of suicide incidence and ideation and improve the mental health of people in our community.

This free, professional and confidential service is for those experiencing financial challenges. It is provided by accredited financial counsellors who can help you to explore your options, provide advocacy and support when dealing with creditors and help with budgeting. What to bring to a Financial Counselling appointment
Please bring any helpful paperwork to your appointment, including:

Any information you have in relation to your debts, such as: letters, recent account statements from debt providers, emails and text messages

Payslips, and if you receive Centrelink payments a recent Centrelink Income Statement

Net Profit and Loss Statement for business operators
All of our financial counsellors are accredited by FCAN (Financial Counsellors'Association of NSW INC.)
