What can I donate to a Lifeline Shop?
If it's good enough quality to give to a friend, then it's good enough to donate.
Our stores will accept the following items:

Men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories

Homewares including manchester

Kids toys
-
Books, CDs, and DVDs
-
Furniture (please check with your local store)

Some electrical goods (please check with your local store before dropping off).

Donation pick up service​
Did you know we also offer a free pick up service for quality furniture in the Macarthur district only. We are looking to expand our service into the Western Sydney region shortly. Please check back regularly on progress.

When do we pick up?​
Our pick up days are Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 2:00pm.

Important things to know​

We will respond within 24 hours (not including weekends) once we've received your donation request to:

obtain further information, such as pictures, about goods requesting to be picked up​

confirm a date and approximate pick up time

Due to Work, Health & Safety and Insurance purposes, we require the wearing of masks during the collection of your donation.

This is a booking request only, not a confirmed booking.
Our friendly staff will be in touch to confirm booking and provide a date and time.
